Becoming a Member
To join the Hagerstown Stamp Club, we need a completed application and membership dues for the first year. Dues are curenntly
set at four dollars per year per person or family. Applications must be accompanied by payment of the dues in order
to process the request, and will be prorated as required. The application will be submitted for an acceptance vote
by the members. In the event an application should be rejected, the intire dues payment will be returned. Please contact us

Who Can Join?
We invite anybody interested in stamps and related issues to join our club. Any person of good character interested in
plilately shall be eligible for full membership if eighteen years of age or older. Those younger than eighteen years of age
are eligible for junior membership.
Benefits of Joining
There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Our members are close friends and we have a great
time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we hope to further our cause.

Those under eighteen years of age will have a Junior membership. However, in order for a junior member to buy or sell
stamps, they must have written permission from a parent.
We encourage the youth to activly participate in all activities and auctions. For more details of our activities please
